BJ Walters

B.J. grew up in Weatherford, Texas and became a Christian after his freshman year in High School. After college he worked in banking and commercial real estate in Lubbock, TX before sensing a call to serve the Lord in pastoral ministry. He earned his MDiv at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY and moved to Vermont in August of 2013 to pastor Redeeming Grace. B.J. is married to Christin and they have 3 kids. B.J. enjoys running, hiking the gorgeous Green Mountains, watching his kids play sports, and drinking lots of coffee.

Jon Fick

Jon was born in upstate New York (everything north of NYC is considered "upstate"). With his three siblings, he was exposed to the Gospel through his father and mother and came to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ in his teen years. Jon married his wife Heather 30 years ago. They have two married daughters and two most favorite sons-in-law, located in Minneapolis and along the coast of New Hampshire. They moved to Vermont in 1987 and later helped plant Redeeming Grace Church. Jon serves on the Board of Directors of The NETS Center for Church Planting and Revitalization. Jon worked for IBM for over three decades and then moved on to other opportunities. He is an Electrical Engineer with broad interests that lead to a lot of electronic and mechanical designs, voiding warranties, encouraging young budding engineers, sailing and other marine activities, and never refuses a good doughnut.

Kevin Munger

Kevin married his high school sweetheart, Kristen, in 2004 after they both became Christians in 2003. They have four children, three sons and a daughter. Kevin grew up in western New York state and moved to Vermont in 2002 to work for IBM. He currently works as an engineer for GLOBALFOUNDRIES and lives in the town of Georgia. Kevin enjoys coaching his kids' baseball and basketball teams, sailing, brewing beer, and playing pickup basketball.

Eric Larson

Eric was born in Springfield, MA and raised in Barre, VT. After earning a degree in Computer Science at the University of Vermont he started working at what is now GE Healthcare in South Burlington where he is still employed. Eric married his wife Mary-Margaret in the fall of 2002 and they have five children. Eric grew up in a Christian home and came to faith in Jesus Christ in 2007 through the ministry of Redeeming Grace Church. Eric and Mary-Margaret have been part of Redeeming Grace Church since it started in 2005. Eric enjoys camping, sailing and spending time with his family.

Mike Criscolo

Mike was born and raised in upstate NY where most of his immediate family still lives. He received Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1997 and was baptized. Mike met his wife Nikki of 16 years while they were both working for IBM in Austin TX. They relocated (voluntarily!) from Texas to Vermont in 2012 and have been attending Redeeming Grace Church since that time. Mike has worked for IBM Watson Research Center for the past 36 years as a computer hardware designer. Mike has two children: a son Michael who works as a Software Engineer in Austin Texas, and a daughter Rachel who works as a 3D Graphic Animator in Dallas Texas. Mike enjoys spending time outdoors with Nikki, watching movies, reading, fishing and keeping up with his kids.
