Elder
Jon was born in upstate New York (everything north of NYC is considered "upstate"). With his three siblings, he was exposed to the Gospel through his father and mother and came to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ in his teen years. Jon married his wife Heather 30 years ago. They have two married daughters and two most favorite sons-in-law, located in Minneapolis and along the coast of New Hampshire. They moved to Vermont in 1987 and later helped plant Redeeming Grace Church. Jon serves on the Board of Directors of The NETS Center for Church Planting and Revitalization. Jon worked for IBM for over three decades and then moved on to other opportunities. He is an Electrical Engineer with broad interests that lead to a lot of electronic and mechanical designs, voiding warranties, encouraging young budding engineers, sailing and other marine activities, and never refuses a good doughnut.
